2. Changes and Cancellations. Changes can be made via Lawyers own Control Panel 24/7. AttorneysAccess.Com will NOT REFUND its customers for any Cancellations. Once a Law Firm has paid you are given full access to your own Control Panel. AttorneysAccess.Com RESERVES the right to not accept certain key words phrases or certain customers at their discretion. AttorneysAccess.Com reserves the right to change any of its advertising specifications at any time including pricing without any warning to its advertisers.

3. KEYWORD(s) or PHRASE(s)  AttorneysAccess.Com Gives  the Attorney or Law Firm access to their own Control Panel. The Attorney or Law Firm can post unlimited Key Words, Categories, or Phrases for as long as the Law Firm has paid for its listing. AttorneysAccess.Com does NOT charge for anything extra.

Control Panel AttorneysAccess.Com gives Attorneys or Law Firms full access to their own Control Panel where the Attorney or Law Firm has Full access 24/7 to post Unlimited Key Words or Categories. Attorneys or Law Firm are FORBIDDEN to give access to their Control Panel to a Third Party Company or Person. Any person in the Law Firm ONLY can have access to the Law Firm's Control Panel. ANY BREECH of giving access to a third party company or a Third Party will result in the Law Firm listing being deleted and NO REFUNDS in whole or part will be issued and the Law Firm will be banned from listing their listing on any of our Attorney Search Engines, web sites or services.

4. Listings. Lawyers or Law Firms posts their own listings on AttorneysAccess.Com Search Engine through there own Control Panel. Law Firms or Attorneys ONLY are permitted to place a listing ONLY for 1 URL. If you are caught placing another URL or Listing that you did not pay for then you will be immediately banned, deleted and no refunds will be issued in whole or part.

4(b). Listings on our other sites including .MOBI Sites. Your Listing will remain active until you or your Law Firm Cancels your listing. All Cancellation must be received within 30 days of the listing is due to sales@attorneysaccess.com. If we do not receive an email from you or your Law Firm then you will be billed for another year. 

4(c). Banner Ads. We Post all Banner Ads on all of our Attorney Sites except our DOT MOBI Sites. If you or your Law Firm do NOT cancel your Banner Ad within 30 Days of your Banner Expire then you will be sent an invoice through PayPal. Payment must be PAID in full upon receipt of Invoice. 

5. Payment. AttorneysAccess.Com accepts payment via PayPal or by Company Check. Your Law Firm will only have access to your own Control Panel after payment has been cleared. 

6. Refunds. AttorneysAccess.Com will NOT refund a customer for any reason whatsoever in whole or part. Once the Attorneys or Law Firm's Web Site has been accepted, approved and posted on AttorneysAccess.Com there will be absolutely NO REFUNDS issued.

6(b). Harassing Emails. AttorneysAccess.Com staff, administrator, or employees will NOT tolerate any Harassing, threatening, intimidation and abusive emails from customers or visitors at any time. 

7. Rejections. AttorneysAccess.Com reserves the right, without liability, to reject, omit or exclude any advertisement or to reject or terminate any links, key Word(s), Phrase(s),  buttons, boxes or banners for any reason at any time, with or without notice to the advertiser/agency, and whether or not such advertisement, link, button, box or banner was previously acknowledged, accepted, or published.

8. DATABASE. AttorneysAccess.Com Search Engine has a database which it uses for its customers and visitors. Visitors access the data base on AttorneysAccess.Com Search Engine and when they type in the Exclusive Key Word it directs them to our customer's web site. This AttorneysAccess.Com Search Engine is for visitors to find an Attorney or Lawyer not for other competitors stealing our Database. If you are caught stealing our database we will prosecute you to the fullest length of the Law. We record all traffic. 

9. Licenses and Indemnification. Advertiser/agency grants AttorneysAccess.Com the right to use, reproduce, publicly display and distribute advertiser's advertisements and collateral information and warrants that advertiser/agency has the right to grant such license. Advertiser/Agency represents that the advertiser is the owner or is licensed to use the entire contents and subject matter contained in its advertisements and collateral information, including, without limitation, (a) the names and/or pictures of persons; (b) any copyrighted material, trademarks, service marks, logos, and/or depictions of trademarked or service marked goods or services; and (c) any testimonials or endorsements contained in any advertisement submitted to AttorneysAccess.Com. In addition, advertiser/agency represents that the advertiser's advertisements and collateral information do not violate any applicable local, state or federal law or regulation. In consideration of AttorneysAccess.Com's acceptance of such advertisements and information for publication, the advertiser and agency will jointly and severally indemnify and hold harmless AttorneysAccess.Com and its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, accountants, attorneys, agents, parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors and assigns from and against any and all third party claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to: (i) advertiser/agency's breach of any covenants, representations and warranties made therein, (ii) AttorneysAccess.Com's performance under this contract, and (iii) the copying, printing, distributing, transmitting or publishing of advertiser's/agency's advertisements or collateral information by AttorneysAccess.Com.

10. Limitation of Liability. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL AttorneysAccess.Com BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, FOR LOST INCOME OR PROFITS, IN ANY WAY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS CONTRACT, EVEN IF AttorneysAccess.Com HAS BEEN ADVISED AS TO THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ATTORNEYSACCESS.COM BE LIABLE FOR ANY DOWNTIME.
