Mr. Paykin is admitted to practice law before the courts of New York State, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the United States Supreme Court and the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Mr. Paykin received his Bachelor of Sciences Degree with a major in Computer Information Systems and a minor in Applied Mathematics in 2002. He then received his Juris Doctorate from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2006, having completed the concentration requirements for both Constitutional Law and General Litigation.

Mr. Paykin has years of real world experience as a business executive, having run 2 technology companies, a financial services company, a real estate brokerage and 3 law firms. He brings this real world experience to the table in addition to his years of experience as general business counsel.
