I am commissioned in the state of Texas for both mobile and remote online signings. I have trained with several top companies.  I am insured up to $1,000,000 and bonded.

I have performed over 800 signings for Buyers, Sellers, Refinances, Reverse Mortgages, HELOCS, and Loan applications, Wills, POAs and more. 

•  Loan Signing Agent:  As an LSA, I have performed over 800 signings, both in person as a mobile notary and on line as a remote online notary (RON).  I also spent over a year auditing notary files for a major signing company and their major title client.  This afforded me the opportunity to see lots of lender requirements all over the country. 

• Certified Trust Delivery Agent:  As a Certified Notary Trust Agent, my mission is to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for both you and your clients. I will take your Estate Planning document packages to your clients, oversee their signatures, notarize and distribute according to your instructions.
